University of Exeter - Holland Hall - Exeter

Located just a 25-minute walk from the centre of Exeter, Holland Hall is located on the Streatham Campus at the University of Exeter in 300 acres of gardens. Holland Hall is within easy reach of beautiful beaches and Dartmoor National Park. Holland Halls elevated location offers panoramic views across the Exe Valley.

All rooms at Holland Hall are en-suite study bedrooms, featuring tea and coffee making facilities and a mini-fridge, with free WiFi available. The wet-room style bathroom includes a shower. Complimentary soap is provided for guests and further toiletries can be requested from the reception desk. There are no televisions in the rooms, however the communal area has a TV.

Breakfast is served in the dining room, which offers sweeping views across the Exe Valley. The building benefits from 24 hour security on site.

Car parking is available in Car Parks D, A, and B on the Streatham central campus. Please note that, due to development works, the car park directly adjacent to Holland Hall may have reduced or no availability, and St David’s mainline train station is just a short distance from the campus.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 10:00.

Please note: If using a Sat Nav device, then enter the postcode EX4 4QR to lead you to the Streatham Campus and then follow the campus signage to Holland HallMardon Hall. Do not enter the postcode for Holland Hall, as this will incorrectly direct you.

There are only two blocks with lifts and therefore a limited number of accessible rooms available. If you have a specific request, please state this at the time of booking.

Please note late arrivals after 23:00 need to be arranged with the property in advance.
