For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the persons ID and credit card. Wheelchair accessible, ground floor rooms are available on request. Transfer service is available from 12am to 7pm @£15 per room, per trip - outside these hours we use local taxis.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
