• Continue 8 miles towards Keswick when you pass the turnoff to Troutbeck (A5091)
• Continue for approximately 1 mile and take the next right hand turn signposted Mungrisdale and Caldbeck
• Continue for approximately 1 mile to the sign for Near Howe is on the right hand side of the road
• The drive way crosses two fields, and then rises past an old ruin up to the top of the hillyou will find the property
